Upon receipt of your order, we make every effort to
process it by the same business day so that you can expect to receive it within 4 to 5 business days.
The order is shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All our products are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, just call us or email us at customerservice@glaceglassware.com to receive return authorization. Approved returns are to be shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt (we cannot accept COD). Items must be packed carefully and received in mint condition. We will credit your account minus 20% restocking fee. The shipping fees will not be credited. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be credited.
If an item arrives in damaged condition, you have two options (within 30 days of purchase). You can take a digital photograph of the broken item and send it to us or you can return the item to us postage paid (we cannot accept COD). In either case we will issue a refund or replace the item and ship the replacement to the customer at no charge.
